Once you login and place a lease request with Home Ponics,

1. Our team will contact you on your registered mobile number to confirm the lease.
2. The unit will be delivered to you and you pay upon delivery. (usually delivered in a weeks time)
3. Once payment and order is placed, the lease is active.
4. You will receive 2 towers per order unit.
5. You will need to have about 2 square feet of space to enable the lease.
6. You will be provided with TWO 55 Max towers with seeds, seeding tray and nutrients for the first year.
7. One tower will house the plants your wish to grow.
8. Second tower will house the Home Ponics plants.
9. Timely visits from maintenance technician. (Yes they will help you on your plants as well 🙂 ). They will communicate with you before visit to fix a time. They will also teach you how to monitor and maintain your crops.
10. Your main responsibility is to check on the water level in the tank time to time. If it goes low, just fill it back up and add a little nutrients as advised by the maintenance technician.
11. The lease is for 1 year minimum.
12. If you opt to cancel the lease post 1 year, the designated amount will be returned back to you. If not, it will roll over.
13. You will have 1 week after the first year completes to cancel your lease in leu of which the lease auto renews by another year.
14. Home Ponics will harvest to crops on the HP tower and you will harvest the crop on your tower.
15. If systems are spoilt or water is not replenished or maintenance tech does not get timely access to towers, the company hold rights to cancel the lease and decide on the refund provided.
16. Once Lease completes / you decide to close the lease, estimated amount or refund will be provided to you based on the equipment condition and lease completion terms.
17. The equipment will be taken back by Home Ponics upon lease completion/cancellation.

For a lease with Home Ponics:

Home Ponics ships with everything needed to grow your plants, along with seeds and 1 Year of nutrients.

The average cost to replenish the nutrients is about ₹60-80 per month post the first year. 

If you buy the towers from the store: 

You will have to buy the seed tray, nutrients, seeds separately.

MacroTower comes in 2 variants:

• MaxTower (55 plants) – Best to grow fruit less crops like cilantro, chili, palak etc.
• MaxTower (28 plants) – best if you intend to grow crops like cauliflower, cabbage, lettuce etc.

There is no need for adding any pesticides. This is almost a pest free growing. However, some areas with high level of white ticks and some fungus growing on the plant itself may need treatment with neem oil spray. The way aeroponics works is different below ground. The above ground characteristics and basic maintenance in case of white tics etc. is the same. However, application of pesticides is not necessary.

Based on your lease term, The Home Ponics team will contact you on your registered phone number. The module health and the length of possession will be evaluated and a decision will be taken on the returns. If one year term is completed and no damage to the module, a full refund will be provided. In the case of module damage, the charge for the same will be additionally deducted. If lease is cancelled early, early termination fee of a certain amount will be collected based on estimated loss incurred by the company on the company module and overhead charges for the company. The length of time till 1 year completion will be considered while estimating the return amount and will be shared with the client.
